When do I pay the registration fee?
Payment is made at the time of abstract submission via the submission portal.
What is included in the course registration fee?
Registration, refreshments, lunch and a drinks reception in the evening.
Is this a safe environment to be discussing sensitive cases?
All attendees must supply GMC membership number as part of the submission process. The ethos of the conference is on learning from our mistakes and a supportive non-judgmental approach is followed throughout.
What is the refund/ cancellation policy?
If your submission is not accepted for poster or oral presentation and you no longer want to attend your registration fee can be refunded. A refund will only be made in respect to cancellations made more than three weeks prior (03/02/16) to the course date (24/02/16). An administration fee of £5 will be payable.
